[Georgia] Presentation Of Program For Aid To Families Living Below Poverty To Be Held On Monday

Presentation of the program for aid to families, living below level of poverty, will be held in the Ministry of Welfare and Healthcare Protection on Monday.

As Prime-News was told by the representatives of the Social Aid and Employment Agency of the Ministry, journalists will be presented information on a system for evaluation of level of poverty and means of assistance.

Vakhtang Megrelishvili, Deputy Healthcare Minister, Levan Peradze, Head of the Social Aid and Employment Agency, Moris Tsamalashvili, Deputy Head of Head of the Social Aid and Employment Agency and Mamuka Nadareishvili, Head of Analytical Department will attend the presentation.

Presently, approximate 333 900 families have submitted their applications to the agency for social benefits. The ministry will start allocation of benefits on June 01.
