Here is a link to a resourse that incluses state by state data on Child Care and Early Education funding from The Center for Law and Social Policy. This includes new individual state pages analyzing 2005 child care spending from CCDBG and TANF funds, along with data (published in March 2006) on states' use of community-based child care to provide Pre-k programs.
