We are done here.

After doing this blog for over 5 years I think I am ready to stop. My wife and I will have another child on the way in November. I don't know how I will be able to continue blogging with two kids continually tugging at me to get off of the computer, it's hard enough with one. If anyone would like to take over, write a comment below with your offer.

In the meantime, we will post below a widget of my news reader shared items to provide links to poverty news we find.

I've regularly followed your blog as well and found it a tremendous service. Thank you so much for the time and effort you've put into this. You've saved me countless hours of research because of your tagging and summarizing. It is the type of blog I would want to do -- helpful, informative, etc. I would step up but I know the little ones tugging on me to step away from the computer will be at my feet soon enough. Many blessings.

We have been talking to Michael Harrington and will soon get this blog updated regularly again. Hope you all have stuck around! Before the Culture Zone begins to fully take over we will try to put up a post a day, most likely concentrating on the famine in East Africa.
